What We Do
MedReb8 captures unrealized revenue from pharmaceutical rebates and provides that revenue back to the pharmacy. We do this through identifying, capturing, expanding, and aggregating medications administered to patients that have not been adjudicated to a third party, or submitted as a separately reimbursable medication.

Our Founders and Their History
Bricken
David
Bricken spent 20 years in Hospital administration and consulting, specifically in compliance and forensics. His consulting work led him to examine many hospitals and look into what they were doing right and where they could improve. The goal was to always reduce overhead and bring more revenue to hospitals. David, a CPA and entrepreneur, has spent 20 years helping small businesses, including medical practices, with cash flow, organizational structure, and tax planning. He also has purchased, started, and ran several small businesses throughout his professional career; willing to look at any business opportunity for value regardless of the industry. Bricken & David began looking into drug rebates, and discovered that there is substantial dollars and not much transparent information and MedReb8 was developed.
From there, they set out to shed some light on the rebate world and determine what areas there were opportunities for a hospital to gain rebate revenue that was available but unrealized. The MedReb8 program started with its first client in 2018 in a 47-bed hospital in rural Alabama, with the goal of providing funds for 2 additional FTEs. We now have partnerships with Hospitals and Systems of all sizes across the United States and are quickly growing as hospitals understand and seize the opportunity. MedReb8’s continued growth and insight drive continuously better results for its clients and is the industry standard in this space.
